The project "Zero harassment at work", developed by the Tertiary Group Donna Confcommercio in Rome with a dedicated work team financed by the Chamber of Commerce of Rome, aims to identify good practices and behaviors to be adopted in the company to prevent harassment in the workplace.

The Project will lead companies to promote well-being within the organization.

A team of experts is involved in the initiative. Among these experts, also Isabella Corradini, president of the Themis Center, participates in the project.

The companies that will complete the activities planned by the project - self-assessment, training and information, identification of good practices - will receive the "Zero Molestie" stamp, validated by Uniter, an  independent certification organisation).
