Staff information and training are essential for prevention. But it is important to plan a tailor-made training, with the essential support of an effective communication. In fact, Isabella Corradini stresses the concept that people have to be motivated in adopting correct behaviour. Hence, they must be able to manage the problems, and not to feel powerless. The major risk, in cybersecurity fact, can be "people's desensitization".
