General information

his privacy policy is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") and the subsequent EU Regulation 2016/679, known as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

The consultation and use of this Site and its sub-domains if existing, does not in itself entail any processing of personal data of users (hereinafter, the "Users") or only the processing of personal data in anonymous form, with methods that do not allow their identification.

By implementing the registration procedure for the services offered by the Site, Users voluntarily communicate their personal data to the Data Controller.

Personal data provided by Users will be processed in compliance with the principles of protection of personal data established by the Code regarding the protection of personal data and other applicable regulations.

The provision of data is optional; however, failure to provide data will prevent the possibility of using the newsletter services reserved for registered users.


Data controller

Personal data are processed by the Data Controller, ASSOCIAZIONE THEMIS, with automated tools and for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Purpose of the treatment

Personal data collected through registration to the services offered by the site (by way of example and not exhaustive, subscription to the newsletter, requests for articles, invitations to events, request for information on the Site or requests for contact) and / or by entering of comments to the articles published in it are treated in order to allow the use of the services provided by the Site and reserved for registered Users.

The insertion and sending of the data requested in the registration form is explicit consent to the processing.

Any processing for statistical purposes is performed exclusively on anonymous data. Except as allowed by law or provided for in this privacy statement, personal data will not be communicated or disclosed without the user's consent.

Personal data are processed and stored in Italy and will be accessible only to the Data Controller, with the exception of access to any consultants formally appointed as managers or processors.

Cookie and Google Analytics

These are text files (so-called cookies) that make it easier to navigate and run the Blog. The Site uses the cd. session cookies that are not stored permanently on the user's computer and are removed when the browser is closed. Their use is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the Site. This Site uses the Google Analytics web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). In compliance with the provisions of the Legislative Decree 30/06/2003 n.196 (Privacy Code) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679), we inform you that the data provided by completing the CONTACTS form will be processed electronically and used only to send e-mails related to the request to the sender. The treatment manager is ASSOCIAZIONE THEMIS. The data holder may request the revocation of the processing using the same form specifying, in the message, the personal data he wants to remove and indicating in the subject that it is a request to delete data.

The data sent through the CONTACTS module will be stored for 90 days, after which they will be automatically deleted by our systems.
